No. Evermore plans weddings, engagements, birthdays and private gatherings. The same care, coordination and design attention is given to every celebration, whether it is vows at sunset or a fiftieth birthday by the pool.

Evermore is based in Bali and most of our work lives here — villas, gardens, chapels and private estates. We also travel for celebrations when the story asks for it. Tell us the setting you have in mind.

As much as you need. Venue, catering, decoration, entertainment, photography, videography and on-the-day coordination can all sit with us, or we can hold only the pieces you want held. The aim is one calm plan, not a collection of separate vendors.

Yes. Some hosts come to us for a complete celebration; others ask only for hospitality — a bartender team, free-flow cocktails, or catering alongside their own setting. We will shape the package around what you actually need.

Yes. On the event day a planner stays with the celebration so you do not have to manage timing, vendors or the small decisions that appear in the moment. You remain present. We remain behind the plan.

After we understand the celebration, we share a clear proposal and timeline. A booking confirmation holds your date; the remaining balance follows the schedule in your agreement. Everything is set out in writing before work begins.
